GetResponder akan gantung akaunku 7 April 2010??

Hari ni saya telah pun mendapat email dari getresponder mengatakan banyak complain tentang kempen email saya.

marketing service to you, these complaints/unsubscribes
need to be significantly reduced.

We strongly encourage you to do an in-depth review
of your email marketing practices in the effort to
reduce your spam complaints and other negative
metrics (unsubscribes, bounce rates).

* review your list building process and ensure that
you have the expressed permission from your
subscribers to email them (paid or rented lists, 3rd
party “leads” are absolutely not allowed with
GetResponse)

* review all of your email messages thoroughly to
ensure consistency and for any content that could be
negatively perceived by your subscribers

* check the email frequency (and if it matches your
subscribers’ original expectations)

Selama 4 tahun dalam Internet Marketing ini, Saya tak pernah pun membeli list email dari pihak ketiga.. atau pun membuat spam dengan menghantar email kepada sesiapa yang tiada berkaitan dengan niche website saya. Semua list email yang saya bina selama ini adalah menggunakan borang opt in yang telah saya letakkan secara legal pada website yang saya bina selama ini.

Saya telah pun membuat reply pada team getresponder.. harap-harap mereka faham dan tak suspen akaun saya. Tapi kalau mereka tetap nak suspend akaun saya.. takpe ada lagi autoresponder lain yang lebih bagus seperti Aweber yang sedia menanti.
